This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to the Vecstruct platform and related services operated by Vamosnet Co., Ltd. ("Company").

This Policy is established in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and related regulations, and describes how the Company collects, processes, and uses your personal data.

In accordance with the notification obligations under Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the Company discloses the following when collecting personal data:

Purpose of collection: Consumer and customer management and services (Code 090), Marketing (Code 040), Management of contracts or similar agreements (Code 069).

Categories of personal data collected include:

• Account information: Email address, username, password (stored encrypted).
• Payment information: Subscription plans, transaction records. Actual payment processing is handled by third-party payment service providers; the Company does not store complete credit card numbers.
• Service usage records: API call logs, token usage, Knowledge Base operation logs, login records, IP addresses.
• User-uploaded content: Knowledge Base documents, configuration data. Such data is used solely to provide services and is not used to train AI models.

The Company uses your personal data within the scope necessary for the collection purposes, including:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving Vecstruct services.
• Processing payments, subscription management, and billing operations.
• Sending service notifications, system announcements, and security alerts.
• Responding to your customer service requests and technical support needs.
• Generating de-identified statistical analyses to improve service quality.
• Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.

Duration: From the date of collection until ninety (90) days after account deletion, or until the purpose of collection ceases, whichever is later. Where otherwise required by law, statutory provisions shall prevail.

Region: Within the Republic of China (Taiwan). Due to technical service requirements, certain data may be transmitted to regions where our cloud infrastructure is located (see Section 8).

Recipients: The Company and technical service providers commissioned by the Company to process data. The Company will not sell your personal data to third parties.

Methods: Collection, processing, and use through automated and non-automated means, under reasonable security safeguards.

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve the user experience:

• Essential cookies: Necessary for service operation, such as maintaining login sessions and language preferences.
• Analytics cookies: Help the Company understand service usage patterns to improve functionality and performance.

The Company implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including but not limited to:

• End-to-end HTTPS/TLS encrypted transmission.
• API Keys stored as SHA-256 hashes; plain text is never stored in the database.
• Complete data isolation between projects using a multitenancy architecture.
• Automatic PII (Personally Identifiable Information) masking available for Business plan and above.
• Regular security assessments and vulnerability patching.

The Service uses the following types of third-party service providers, who may process your data to the extent necessary for their services:

• AI model providers: For processing AI Gateway model inference requests (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic).
• Payment service providers: For processing payment transactions.
• Cloud infrastructure: For data storage and computing.
• Email services: For sending service notifications.

Due to technical requirements of AI model inference services, request content you send through the AI Gateway may be transmitted to regions where AI model providers' servers are located. The Company ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate security measures.

Your account information and Knowledge Base content are primarily stored on cloud infrastructure selected by the Company.

In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data collected by the Company:

• Right to inquire about or request access to your personal data.
• Right to request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to request supplementation or correction of your personal data.
• Right to request the cessation of collection, processing, or use of your personal data.
• Right to request deletion of your personal data.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of sixteen. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under sixteen. If you become aware that a child under sixteen has provided personal data to the Company, please contact us immediately.

The Company reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website. If material changes are made, users will be notified via email or in-service notification.

Your continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
