Where It Started
In 2025, as we were building AI applications, we kept doing the same things over and over — wiring model APIs, setting up RAG pipelines, managing token costs, handling access control.
Every project repeated the same foundational work. It consumed the majority of our time, yet none of it was the core value of the product. And it happened again with every new project.
The real challenge was never "getting AI to say something." It was making AI reliably managed, quickly integrated, and truly part of your business workflow.
That's what we set out to solve. That's where Vecstruct began.
What We Believe
The barrier to AI shouldn't be infrastructure.
The hard parts should be what problem your product solves and what experience your users need — not how to configure a vector database, which embedding model to pick, or how to manage API keys.
AI infrastructure should be transparent and controllable.
Clear costs, traceable data sources, auditable usage records — not a black box, but a trustworthy part of your business workflow.
Vecstruct's goal is to let teams of any size focus on their core product, and leave the complexity of AI infrastructure to us.

We're a startup from Taiwan, spanning product, engineering, and AI infrastructure. Vecstruct is a tool we use ourselves, which gives us a deeply personal commitment to every detail.
